S1 E4 Tulum

Tulum was an ancient Maya port city on Yucatan’s eastern coast and still populated when the Spanish first arrived. But strangely, the conquistadors never securely identified or occupied it.  Why?  I think it’s got something to do with the Aztecs.

Book Recommendations:

There really isn’t much out there published on Tulum.

But Ed has made an iPhone App for Tulum which also doubles as the most complete source of information (or “book”) out there. Its called Tulum: Be Your Own Guide and you can find it here:

I’ve visited Tulum several times, but none after listening to your postcast and Lecture so I’m eager to go back soon and, of course, I will be accompanied by your Tulum App.
    Deeply enjoyed, thanks Ed!
